My decision to work with BCG to obtain a lateral associate position was well made. My recruiter demonstrated a remarkable wealth of knowledge regarding the legal market as well as a tireless effort to help me find the right fit. Moreover, after having received an offer at a top firm, when a client conflict issue arose which could have resulted in the offer being withdrawn, she personally helped me work through the issue to successfully resolve it, all the while keeping my spirits up. I could not have asked to work with a better recruiter!

After each interview, my recruiter provided me with solid feedback of my performance, including my strengths and weaknesses, it was invaluable.
