My recruiter did a tremendous job placing me at a top law firm. I was looking for a law firm where my tax background would be an immediate asset to the firm's existing client base and where I could also develop an international tax practice. As a full time tax advisor at a Big 4 accounting firm, I did not have the time or resources to keep myself fully aware of every job opportunity. In this respect, my recruiter was a tremendous recourse. She listened to my career goals, and presented me with the right opportunities on a timely basis. Given her knowledge of and connections with the legal community, she was able to place me at law firm that is a perfect match for me given my personality and career goals. I know that I would not have gained this opportunity without her professionalism, dedication and commitment. I thought your online system and being able to see everything was very helpful. A lot of other people don't have that. You certainly had the most opportunities and had them the quickest. There were things you would send to me that another recruiter would send to me two weeks later. [BCG Attorney Search is] efficient, proactive, and organized. [You are] certainly in the top tier. You would be my go to recommend for anyone. If you need the company that has the most breadth and is going to send you the most options then I would go with you.

I thought my legal placement professional was really great. She didn't push me into one corner or another. I had some really aggressive experiences with recruiters, one of whom actually disclosed to people at the firm that I was looking to try to attract them as well and things like that. I really appreciated that she handled herself ethically. My experience was professional and above board. BCG did all of the work, and they really earned their commission. They were aggressive in contact, and from my experience they did everything I would have wanted them to do.Working with BCG made my job easier because they provided all the listings and I submitted [my choices]. They gave me advice regarding how to interview and things like that. It was very good. The first three words that come to mind when I think of BCG are aggressive, large, and significant. I would rank BCG right at the top compared to other recruiting companies I have worked with. I'd recommend my legal placement professional. To me, just candidly, it is about the individuals. I was lucky to work with one of the best people, and I would recommend her. I think there were also great materials. To me it's 90% about your person and 10% about the firm.
