BCG provided an extremely knowledgeable, friendly and dedicated recruiter that guided me through the job search and interview process with ease. BCG had a multitude of articles, sample interview questions and videos to assist in my preparation.

Working with BCG and my recruiter took a lot of stress and time commitment out of the process. It was a relief to know that someone was advocating for me at a variety of firms that I did not even know were hiring.

The first three words that come to mind when I think of BCG are experienced, well-prepared, and advocates.

I would not hesitate to use you again (if necessary) or refer you to a friend. The only way to optimize your job search is to work with a recruiting firm. Most people do not have any experience with recruiting firms, so they are very unsure of proceeding in that direction. But, in my opinion, particularly if you are working full-time, you simply cannot put the necessary time and effort in by yourself to locate a new position that meets the qualifications you are looking for. BCG does the heavy lifting by finding firms that meet your criteria and then tells you how they rank the firm and how it might meet your needs. BCG provides an all-encompassing service to finding a new position.

I thought that my recruiter, was exceptionally professional and was always very quick with her responses. I never really had to wait. When she explained things I'd ask lots of questions and she never seemed like she was impatient with the process. I really enjoyed working with her. I liked the weekly updates. It was easy for me to keep track of the places I had applied to and the status. I also liked being able to go in and check the website. The third thing I liked was the large network of firms that you guys have an association with. I was able to apply to many, many places using one recruiter, which was nice.I feel like after one initial 30-40 minute phone call with my legal placement professional she kind of took the reins from there. Whenever I decided I wanted to apply to more places she did it for me. So it was a huge help not having to prepare materials and cover letters and things like that for all of these different places. I just said I'd like to apply to these extra places and she'd do it. This made the process much easier for me.I think of BCG Attorney Search as extremely professional. I would say I was really impressed with them. I talked with some other recruiters and they all just seemed much more casual and dismissive and not quite as important. I feel like my legal placement professional was exceptionally professional.Among other recruiting companies I have worked with, I would say BCG ranks at the top.I would recommend that other attorneys look into you specifically if they are looking to make a move or at least get a feel for the market. From my experience you guys are patient, have lots of relationships, and do a good job presenting candidates and being intermediaries. I would definitely recommend that they consider BCG.

The recruiters I worked with at BCG Attorney Search were great to work with and very professional. I had two different recruiters that I worked with. One I thought was fantastic and had quite a few opportunities around the country. The other recruiter was great as well, I didn't work with her as close, but she was very professional and good.As far as job searches are concerned, you apply online to a lot of jobs and your application goes into a black hole. I think it is very beneficial to have a head hunter or a company, someone who actually has a relationship with the law firm or with the target employer. That makes things a lot easier, to know more than just what's being posted through the internet, but also the personalities of the people you're working with. The fact they may have placed attorneys with that particular law firm or company previously also helps.I have a good friend of mine who is a partner at a law firm and he is actually looking to go elsewhere and I would recommend you guys to him.

Your recruiter is an absolute professional. He places your career first--regardless of whether he makes a placement. He wants to do what is in your best interest, something that I can't say about other recruiters I have spoken with. Upon meeting him for the first time, he provided insight as to how to make my resume better, and provided an artfully worded cover letter that helped me get several interviews. He worked hard with me to research potential employers, always keeping in mind what I had told him I was looking for.
