My legal placement professional was very attentive, got back to me very quickly, and was very well organized. I also liked the free books online, which gave me interview tips and things like that. I have worked with several recruiters and some of them either wouldn't get back to me or it would take them forever, so her attentiveness and responsiveness was very good. BCG found several firms that had not listed job postings anywhere, but were looking, so probably the biggest factor was finding jobs that weren't listed or otherwise available.

She then prepared a fantastic cover letter highlighting my strengths and immediately began submitting me to any available positions matching my desired job. She then diligently followed up with firms and me until I found the perfect fit. Lastly, she is likeable, easy to communicate with and makes finding a great job a pleasurable process. I highly recommend BCG!

And was also really understood that I might not want to go with that particular firm. She was pretty supportive. I was really busy at the time I was looking so she was really helpful in handling if I couldn't email back the firm or stuff she took care of all those things for me and that was really helpful.
