I think that in particular Carleen was very responsive. She would communicate to me almost on a daily basis any developments. If I had concerns she would usually respond within a few minutes. It was also helpful to me that we did some on the phone interview practice and counseling. I think that made a difference in my interview that ultimately led to me getting the job that I have now. [Working with BCG] certainly cut out a lot of the leg work that I would have had to do on my own. I think it also helped to have a sort of professional middle person or institution communicating with the HR department in various firms which I think have their own industry wide way of communicating. I would describe BCG Attorney Search as aggressive and receptive. I would recommend what your firm has to offer.

When I was considering a move, my first inclination was to seek an in house position, had even sent out a couple of resumes with no response. Then I met my recruiter. After discussing the current market, my strengths and my weaknesses with her, it became clear that a move to another firm would best fit my goals and the market.
