I think you guys were really thorough, you found a lot of opportunities I probably would have struggled to find on my own. You also did it fast, and you provided them to me without me having to go back to you and ask what was in the pipeline every week.I think the biggest thing that you did to make my job search easier was just helping me prepare for the writing sample that I had. Someone called me from BCG and they walked me through what they expected from the writing assignment, in terms of how to address it. Then they proofed it and helped me come up with the most well-constructed argument.The first three words that come to mind when I think of BCG are thorough, professional, and hard working. I would rank you as much better than other recruiting firms. I felt like you were trying to find something that fit me, rather trying to fit me into anything that was available.I would definitely recommend you to my peers. I was definitely excited about the opportunities that you could put in front of me, you were thorough in helping me to prepare for interviews and things like that. You also had good materials in terms of helping me construct my resumes and cover letters and things like that. All around I thought it was very high quality.

Thanks to BCG, I made a smooth and quick transition from my prior firm to my current firm. My recruiter was attentive to my preferences; her recommendations were realistic and on target; and she did everything except attend the interviews. I've heard that a job search can be extraordinarily stressful, but this one wasn't. I'm ecstatic in this new position and owe it largely to BCG!
