[My favorite thing about working with BCG was] the responsiveness. [Working with BCG] made it a whole lot easier, you made everything so you just click and say yep this works for me or nope this doesn't look good ... your staff is really great. Jessica and my legal placement professional, who I worked with, were very hands on, on top of it, [and] very responsive. [The three words that come to mind when I think about BCG are] professional, personal, and quality. [BCG is] the top [legal recruiter] that I've worked with, and I have worked with four more. If you are looking for an organization or recruiting firm that has the systems and processes down go to BCG.

My legal placement professional was very good at communicating and gave me honest advise and was very polite. I would not have found the firm that I just accepted the position with on my own. She also was able to help guide me through some of the logistics, since this is the first time doing what I am doing now, and I was just unfamiliar with a lot of the minor details of the process. BCG is ranked #1 for me.

I worked with my legal placement professional over the course of a few months and have to say that she was absolutely phenomenal. Her approach was very different from other recruiters I've worked with; she took the time to get to know my goals, my aspirations and my experiences and was really focused on finding the right role for me. After our initial call, she wasted no time in researching firms that offered what I was looking for and put together a plan specific for my unique situation. Once my details were submitted, interview requests followed shortly thereafter and I was fortunate to have my legal placement professional in my corner providing invaluable coaching and guidance at every stage of the interview process (having been in the legal industry for so long, I didn't think there would be so much to learn about interview techniques but as I learned from Nadeen, there is a right way and a wrong way to answer even the most-straight forward of interview questions!). My legal placement professional ensured that I was well prepared and able to maneuver successfully through this minefield, and as a result of her tactful negotiations, we secured multiple offers! It was a real pleasure working with my legal placement professional and I am fortunate to have found her. She was proactive, provided me with regular updates and always stayed a step ahead of me. She is very professional, knows the industry well and provided excellent feedback during each stage of the process. My legal placement professional exceeded my expectations in every respect and I would absolutely, without hesitation, recommend her to others.

Today is my first day at KTS. It looks like I'll do well here, and Dennis and Larry seem really cool and should be great to work for.
