After my initial conversation with your recruiter, I knew I had made the right decision in deciding to work with him. He asked me a series of questions about my practice, my career interests, and my long term goals. From this conversation, he identified several firms that he thought would be a good match for me. When I was considering a move, my first inclination was to seek an in house position, had even sent out a couple of resumes with no response. Then I met my recruiter. After discussing the current market, my strengths and my weaknesses with her, it became clear that a move to another firm would best fit my goals and the market.
