[My favorite thing about working with BCG] was that it was very little work for me to do which is what I was looking for. My legal placement professional knew who was hiring and I knew very little about the market before talking to her, she made it all super easy and honestly it was a lot faster than I expected. I think I talked to her and then within a week I had an interview for the next week and then I had an offer the next day so I appreciated that she was just very efficient. BCG and my legal placement professional covered everything. I told her what I was looking for, the type of practice and which market I was looking at and she did everything else. I was stressed about how I was going to do it and she completely took it off my plate. BCG is number 1.

I think the number of firms I was able to get my resume in front of was my favorite thing about BCG Attorney Search. This opened up a lot of firms to consider my application. They did a lot of the work for me so that I could continue focus on my current job instead of spending all of my time dealing with recruiting. In terms of outcome, for me personally, BCG is number 1!

My legal placement professional was great and really creative in identifying some opportunities that I wouldn't have ordinarily thought of including Davis Wright, which is where I am going, so I think that was for me, the most unique and impressive part of it. She didn't just go to the easily identifiable firms that do what I do, but she looked at other firms and I thought that was good. For me, having a go between that has experience like my legal placement professional, being someone who knew my background and had someone who had a similar background as well and that had transitioned it, helped a lot to have her input in my resume, my business plan and the discussions I was having with some of the partners at the firms I was meeting with. I haven't worked with a lot of recruiters, but individually, my legal placement professional was very knowledgeable and for me the most important part was creative. She was looking for the opportunities that weren't usually clear that they had business similar to what I did, but places that wanted to get into my white collar area of the law, and that was for me, from my perspective, puts her among the best.

[BCG] essentially handled everything, so it was really low stress on my end.I don't think I would have been able to find the opportunity on my own, honestly. So I think that was the most invaluable part, just becoming aware [of that].[BCG is] helpful and professional.I have already recommended [BCG Attorney Search] to friends. I [would say you are] highly recommendable and helpful.

I liked that BCG assigned me a personal recruiter who I had a conversation with. That was really nice and I liked the direct contact with Harrison Barnes, that made me feel appreciated. I feel really appreciated with one on one time. I had really great conversations with the recruiters that I worked with and I thought that they were excellent. They didn't make any mistakes and were excellent.

The interview prep guy I worked with was great, the recruiters made things painless. I didn't have to do the search on my own, which made it easier. I haven't worked with other recruiters, so I don't know how BCG compares.

One thing I really enjoyed regarding BCG was the dashboard and their user friendly aspect of their website as far as applying to jobs and being able to be notified regularly through email about any job openings or postings and having the filtering aspect of the search process which was helpful. With Becca in particular, I thought she was extremely helpful regarding preparation for interviews, searching for jobs that I wouldn't have found myself that were applicable to my skills and requirements, size of firms, etc. I felt that she was so on top of everything and keeping in contact with me. One think I really enjoyed was her communication with me and keeping my search on track in terms of what we needed to do and making sure my resume was up to date. I can't state how helpful she was in getting me prepared and ready for the job interviews.

Having someone with knowledge on how to work with a private firm, especially for someone like myself that was coming from the nonprofit government / academic side of law.

I really can't state enough how much Becca helped me and the material that BCG provided. Her constant communication and her being on top of everything when I needed her and being available, even on the weekend, was really appreciated.
