I liked the communication, back and forth, how you just add a response. There are a good number of firms listed back and forth, like I would wait a week and then there would be other options, it ended up working out. The recruiter seemed to say good things about me and that really helped in the interviews as well, I believe. I still did some of my own searching online, but a lot of times, there were firms that were confidential and you don't know who they are and can't really get a foot in the door. Where you guys were reaching out on my behalf, it helped me get that foot in the door. I would say you are the best of the 2 recruiting firms I have worked with previously.
