She was very efficient and she found me a job very quickly. Without much trouble. She found an opportunity that I would not have found myself with a fantastic firm with great benefits so she enabled me to find opportunities that I normally wouldn't have had access to. I haven't worked with any, other recruiting companies in the past, but I would rate BCG as very high considering the speed at which they found an opportunity for me, as well as the quality of the firms that they work with.

One of my favorite things about working with BCG was the personalized attention. It may sound cliche, but I have worked with some other recruiters, but my legal placement professional was phenomenal. She tailored searches to what we talked about. Overall she was very, very responsive to what I wanted.Working with BCG made my job search easier in every way. My legal placement professional took over the job of looking, submitting me to places, and following up. It was very helpful time management wise. The first words that come to mind when I think of BCG are outstanding and personalized.I would rank BCG at the top when compared to other recruiting companies I have worked with. How would I describe BCG to a peer of mine? I would tell them that if they are serious about wanting to find a new position that they should go and see you guys.

This was my first time working with a recruiter and my legal placement professional was more than I could have hoped for. She was amazing. She took the time to get to know me and what my goals were and what me and my family wanted for my legal career and she tailored her search for firms to meet those needs and she was interested and engaging and responsive, very very very responsive to inquiries I had or emails I sent, really quick turnaround time throughout the interview process called and asked how the interviews went and took an interest in all of that, I couldn't have asked for a better experience with my legal placement professional BCG was awesome too. I really enjoyed the websites interface in particular how it identified the firms I had applied to and kept a status update as to if they were under consideration, pass or interview, so very positive experience all around. [Working with BCG] made it easier in every sense of the word. Number 1, BCG did all of the leg work really, they did the applications, my legal placement professional more or less prepared my cover letter. I wouldn't have had the time in my day to do this. We applied to 25 or 30 firms and that would have taken me alone, several days to do. My legal placement professional also helped me select my writing sample that I was going to use and reviewed my resume so all of that made my job search easier. I would recommend anybody that was looking for a job in the legal profession to use BCG based on my experience. I haven't used other recruiters but my experience was just so good that I would send anybody that cared to ask me, BCG's way. There was one other recruiter that I had reached out to prior to BCG but they actually had told me that they couldn't work with me because I hadn't received my Califormia bar results yet and to come back in 3 months. I was a bit dejected by that call and then my legal placement professional said let's get going and I ended up getting a job before bar results even came out. It was something the other recruiter dropped the ball on and BCG clearly didn't.

I didn't work specifically with a recruiter actually for this job - it was odd. In the past I had a conversation with Harrison, but it wasn't related to this job, it was career advice, and I spoke directly with Harrison. Finding this job, it was serendipitous, I am not sure I know, or remember. What happened was, I selected this Firm for approval, and it directed me to go to their site, and apply. Then Ballard reached out through BCG, so, I think it was through the alerts and emails to approve firms, that I learned about them. I would rank BCG toward the top.

My legal placement professional did a good job preparing me for the interview for the position I just accepted and she took a lot of time with me. She was very hard working and dedicated and I felt like she actually cared, which was really cool. I appreciated her honesty. I felt like she was honest about how I could do the best at showcasing my skills and presenting myself in an interview. Being provided the available openings that were in my practice area and getting sent a weekly update on available openings and progress reports, status updates, having it all in one report was convenient and easy and I really liked that and it made my search much easier. I would say it was a 10/10 experience. My experience was really great and I was really happy working with my legal placement professional. She is really excellent and attentive, and took the time to get to know me and what I was looking for, and I felt like she was really motivated to find me something and it paid off. I am really grateful and super excited for my new job!

Working with BCG gave me access to opportunities that weren't necessarily posted in the market place. The job I ended up accepting, the firm wasn't advertising an open role but my legal placement professional sent my resume to them anyway and they were interested and interviewed me. If I hadn't been working with BCG I would not have had the opportunity that I ended up taking.Something I found helpful was the website where I could login to my account and look at the firms that had open positions and I could pick which ones I was interested in and keep track through the website of where I had applied and where I was in the process. Having that organization was really helpful. Also, before interviews I had phone calls with my legal placement professional where she went through some tips on topics to cover, topics to avoid, how to answer questions. I found that information very useful and used that information she gave me to create an outline that I then used to prepare for every interview. Q. Where would we rank amongst other recruiting firms that you may have used?A. The highest! I had the most success through you guys but also it seemed to be the most comprehensive. I reached out to several other recruiting firms early in the process and BCG immediately responded and some other firms responded slowly or not at all. BCG immediately set me up with an account and it came together very quickly and very naturally.

I was just notified yesterday that Fenwick is inviting me for a phone interview. It's all thanks to my California recruiter. I am extremely grateful for their help (and the help of the BCG team in general) and will forever be in their debt.

So I worked with my legal placement professional, and she was great. I had a friend who was looking for a firm at the same time as me and I feel like his recruiter was a little pushy with him and we both had specific goals, and wanted to transition in to a field of law that we are not in right now. I feel like my legal placement professional really listened to me in that respect and didn't try to push me toward any firm regardless of whether or not they had an active practice in the area of law that I would like to start practicing in. While my colleague who was working with a different recruiting firm had a very different experience where he felt like he was being pushed toward every and any firm and his recruiter wasn't really listening to what he wanted. I spoke with My legal placement professional and told her what my goals were and provided her with my resume and transcripts, and she kind of just took it from there. She reached out to the all firms that I said okay to. It was very easy and I didn't really have to do anything. I have worked with one other recruiting company at first, and BCG was much better!
