Responsiveness and knowledge of the market were my favorite things about working with my recruiter. It made my search easier because it opened up some possibilities that I hadn't thought of on my own. BCG is at the top of my list for working with a legal recruiter.

[My favorite thing about working with BCG] was that it was very little work for me to do which is what I was looking for. Jennifer knew who was hiring and I knew very little about the market before talking to her, she made it all super easy and honestly it was a lot faster than I expected. I think I talked to her and then within a week I had an interview for the next week and then I had an offer the next day so I appreciated that she was just very efficient. Nadeen was great. She sort of quartered back the whole process for me and made it easy. As a lateral, I didn't have time do to do the research, write all the materials, submit them, and coordinate interviews. So just having her as the point person was awesome. I've recommended you to several of my peers. You make the process easier; you seem to have your finger on the pulse in terms of where there's a need; and in my case, were willing to move quickly to make the transition work.
I love that I didn't have to do a lot of the searching myself. I didn't have to get the materials together like the cover letter and things like that, she just listened while we had a short conversation about what I was interested in and she checked off all the boxes and she found places that matched my criteria. The second part was the preparation she gave me for actually interviewing and how to do it with acceptance. From 1-10, I would give BCG a 10. I wasn't stressed at all, I didn't have to put forth any hours searching for anything, like I said, just being able to tell Jennifer everything I wanted and for her to come back with opportunities that matched that criteria, did like 90% of the work for me. BCG is number 1.

I liked how many resumes BCG sent out for me. I felt my resume was always going out and there was consideration put into what kinds of firms and locations I wanted to concentrate on. There was constant communication and updating on whether you were or weren't hearing back on my resume and the possibility of interviews getting scheduled so that was really nice- the level of communication.
