My legal placement professional was great. She sort of quartered back the whole process for me and made it easy. As a lateral, I didn't have time do to do the research, write all the materials, submit them, and coordinate interviews. So just having her as the point person was awesome. I've recommended you to several of my peers. You make the process easier; you seem to have your finger on the pulse in terms of where there's a need; and in my case, were willing to move quickly to make the transition work.

I love that I didn't have to do a lot of the searching myself. I didn't have to get the materials together like the cover letter and things like that, she just listened while we had a short conversation about what I was interested in and she checked off all the boxes and she found places that matched my criteria. The second part was the preparation she gave me for actually interviewing and how to do it with acceptance. From 1-10, I would give BCG a 10. I wasn't stressed at all, I didn't have to put forth any hours searching for anything, like I said, just being able to tell my legal placement professional everything I wanted and for her to come back with opportunities that matched that criteria, did like 90% of the work for me. BCG is number 1.
[My favorite thing about working with BCG] was that it was very little work for me to do which is what I was looking for. My legal placement professional knew who was hiring and I knew very little about the market before talking to her, she made it all super easy and honestly it was a lot faster than I expected. I think I talked to her and then within a week I had an interview for the next week and then I had an offer the next day so I appreciated that she was just very efficient. BCG and my legal placement professional covered everything. I told her what I was looking for, the type of practice and which market I was looking at and she did everything else. I was stressed about how I was going to do it and she completely took it off my plate. BCG is number 1.

Responsiveness and knowledge of the market were my favorite things about working with my recruiter. It made my search easier because it opened up some possibilities that I hadn't thought of on my own. BCG is at the top of my list for working with a legal recruiter.

My favorite things about BCG are that they seem to know of every opening and are pretty thorough. Working with you made my job search easier because you guys know all of the openings and all of the firms to contact.I would rank BCG very high among other recruiting companies I have worked with and would recommend you highly to one of my peers.

Thanks so much for your fine efforts and splendid encouragement. Hope we stay in touch.
In an ocean of recruiters who seek the next stellar placement with random aggression, there is BCG Attorney Search. Where these others reference and maintain statistics, BCG carefully engages in intuitive and personalized candidate assessments; where these others have sought formulaic strategies for candidates--to the point of discouraging dreams--BCG has provided a customized plan and insightful counsel; and where these others have avoided developing more than a two-dimensional exchange with candidates, they offer a hand of dedicated friendship and service. It is an honor to have had BCG as a recruiting firm. With them, a candidate is much more than a resume: they carefully listen not just to what you seek, but also to whom you are, realizing the latter not only determines the successful acquisition of the former, but also whether it is the best fit for the candidate. In my estimation, it is the artful negotiation of this [seeming] dichotomy that embodies the high call of a legal recruiter. BCG is a recruiting service who has mastered it.
There is no way that a simple "thank you" can express my gratitude for your efforts. I am not certain I can string enough superlatives together to adequately capture the quality of your work and the strength of your character. You took more time meeting with me, expended more effort placing me, and worked harder to make sure I was happy than I ever could have expected. You went farther than "the extra mile." You earned my trust at our first meeting, and you earned my undying gratitude with your work from that date through my placement. You did not push me into anything; instead, you listened. You asked questions. You made sure I was happy with the "right fit" rather than just "any fit." I felt, at all times, as though I was your only client, though I know you are very busy. I have referred friends to you, and I will continue to do so. And I expect we will be in touch for years not because I expect to be in the market for a new job, but because you have become a good friend throughout this process.
THANK YOU!!!!! THANK YOU!!!!! I cannot thank you enough. You have been a great help.
I want to express my gratitude to you for your time and efforts in pulling out very helpful information for me. I truly appreciate it! I also realize that perhaps, there is nothing in it for you and yet you did it, which makes me feel hugely indebted!
I worked with Nadeen over the course of a few months and have to say that she was absolutely phenomenal. Her approach was very different from other recruiters I've worked with; she took the time to get to know me my goals, my aspirations and my experiences and was really focused on finding the right role for me. After our initial call, she wasted no time in researching firms that offered what I was looking for and put together a plan specific for my unique situation. Once my details were submitted, interview requests followed shortly thereafter and I was fortunate to have Nadeen in my corner providing invaluable coaching and guidance at every stage of the interview process (having been in the legal industry for so long, I didn't think there would be so much to learn about interview techniques but as I learned from Nadeen, there is a right way and a wrong way to answer even the most-straight forward of interview questions!). Nadeen ensured that I was well prepared and able to maneuver successfully through this minefield, and as a result of her tactful negotiations, we secured multiple offers! It was a real pleasure working with Nadeen and I am fortunate to have found her. She was proactive, provided me with regular updates and always stayed a step ahead of me. She is very professional, knows the industry well and provided excellent feedback during each stage of the process. Nadeen exceeded my expectations in every respect and I would absolutely, without hesitation, recommend her to others.
I liked how many resumes BCG sent out for me. I felt my resume was always going out and there was consideration put into what kinds of firms and locations I wanted to concentrate on. There was constant communication and updating on whether you were or weren't hearing back on my resume and the possibility of interviews getting scheduled so that was really nice- the level of communication.
I liked Jennifer McNeil. She helped me get this job, and I didn't realize that this was a position that was available.BCG was responsive, professional, and confident. I would say that you are the best recruiting firm. BCG was very helpful for me.
