Houston-based energy law firm opens Denver office to serve companies in Resource Plays throughout Rocky Mountain Region

The Houston-based energy law firm of Burleson LLP

is set to open a new office in Denver. The firm will serve companies involved with resource development in the Rocky Mountain region. Oil and gas lawyer Jack R. Luellen will be its managing partner. Luellen was associated with Beatty & Wozniak, PC and Kutak Rock LLP

in Denver, before joining the firm. Denver office is also adding eight more attorneys. Outside the Houston, the law firm has opened its third office in Denver to cover the issues related to oil & gas exploration and unconventional resources plays. The law firm opened its offices in Pittsburgh and San Antonio in 2009 and 2010 respectively.
