A law firm seeks an experienced Commercial Real Estate Attorney in New York, NY, to support a range of sophisticated real estate transactions.

Duties

  • Advise clients on complex real estate transactions.
  • Draft and negotiate real estate agreements.

Requirements

Education

  • Juris Doctor (JD) degree from an accredited law school.

Certifications

  • Admission to the New York State Bar.
