Complex Commercial Litigation Associate Attorney

New York City office of our client seeks complex commercial litigation associate attorney with 11 years of significant experience. The candidate should have experience in researching and drafting briefs, leading and managing discovery, preparing for and/or arguing hearings, and preparing for and/or taking depositions. Prior law firm experience is preferred. Should have working knowledge of investment treaty arbitration as well as dealing with more general arbitration matters. Must have NY Bar admission.

This boutique litigation and trial law firm has offices in New York and New Jersey. There are over 15 attorneys at the firm working in the areas of class actions, construction, commercial litigation, appellate, product liability, insurance, property damage and subrogation, risk identification and mitigation counseling, specialty and catastrophic tort and alternative dispute resolution. The clientele of the firm is very vast and consists of small, mid size, and large companies.
