• Collaborate with other legal professionals and contribute to the development of legal strategies.

Requirements:

• 3-5 years of experience as an attorney with a focus on executive compensation and employee benefits.
• Admitted to practice in the District of Columbia.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

Education:

• Juris Doctor (JD) degree from an accredited law school.

Certifications:

• Active license to practice law in the District of Columbia.
