Venture Counsel

Washington, D.C. office of a BCG Attorney Search Top Ranked Law Firm seeks venture counsel with experience. The candidate will work closely with clients under the direction of attorneys. Will support private emerging companies with daily corporate support and transactional work, including venture capital financings. Must be an active member of the State Bar.

The candidate must have a JD degree. Must have strong academic credentials and excellent communication and organizational skills.
