Job Overview: A law firm in New York City, NY, is seeking an Employee Benefits Associate Attorney with 2-4 years of experience in executive compensation and benefits. Duties:

Requirements:

  • 2-4 years of experience in executive compensation and benefits.
  • Admitted to the New York Bar.
  • Experience with executive compensation plans and programs.
  • Familiarity with labor and employment laws.
  • Strong drafting and negotiation skills.
  • Ability to conduct legal research efficiently.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Attention to detail and ability to work in a fast-paced environment.

Education:

  • Juris Doctor (JD) from an accredited law school.
