Irvine office of a BCG Attorney Search Top Ranked Law Firm seeks senior associate attorney with 5-6 years of experience in the Labor and Employment Practice. The candidate will primarily provide advice counseling and policy drafting services to firm clients. Will have the opportunity to work with clients, large and small, from a variety of industries across the country. Practice includes providing advice and counsel to California, national, and international employers regarding wage and hour law compliance, leaves of absence, employee accommodations, personnel policies, employment agreements, arbitration agreements, and other labor and employment issues. Should have a particular interest in compliance and counseling with strong interpersonal. Significant counseling and meaningful litigation experience are important, and wage and hour substantive background is necessary. Must be a member of the California State Bar.

The candidate must have strong academic credentials. Should have writing and analytical skills, keen attention to detail, and the desire and initiative to "take ownership" overwork and career. The ability to assess and draft employer handbooks and policies as well as work hand-in-hand with employers to identify and strategize regarding employment law compliance, is a must.
