The ideal candidate should possess a strong background in providing employment-related support for corporate transactions, and drafting employment agreements, separation agreements, and employment policies. Additionally, the candidate should have experience in conducting workplace investigations, and counseling clients on various employment-related issues, including disputes and negotiations. Duties:

  • Provide legal counsel and representation to clients in management-side employment law matters.
  • Draft and review employment agreements, separation agreements, and employment policies, ensuring compliance with applicable laws and regulations.
  • Conduct thorough workplace investigations and advise clients on appropriate actions and resolutions.
  • Counsel clients on a wide range of employment-related issues, including disputes and negotiations.
  • Provide employment-related support for corporate transactions, including mergers, acquisitions, and other transactions.
  • Handle agency proceedings, employee mobility disputes, and other employment litigation matters.
  • Stay updated on changes in employment laws and regulations and provide proactive advice to clients.

Requirements:

  • 2-3 years of experience practicing management-side employment law.
  • Experience providing employment-related support for corporate transactions.
  • Proficiency in drafting employment agreements, separation agreements, and employment policies.
  • Proven ability to conduct workplace investigations and provide sound advice to clients.
  • Strong knowledge of employment law issues, including disputes, negotiations, and compliance.
  • Experience with agency proceedings, employee mobility disputes, and other employment litigation is a plus.
  • Exceptional academic credentials.

Education:

  • Juris Doctor (JD) degree from an accredited law school.
