A law firm based in San Francisco, CA, is seeking an Employment Associate Attorney with experience in employment advice and litigation. The Employment Associate Attorney will be responsible for providing legal advice and representation in various employment law matters, including wage and hour disputes, discrimination cases, and non-compete/trade secret matters.

 

Duties:

  • Provide legal advice and representation in employment law matters
  • Handle wage and hour disputes, discrimination cases, and non-compete/trade secret matters
  • Conduct legal research and analysis
  • Draft legal documents, including pleadings, motions, and briefs
  • Represent clients in court hearings, arbitrations, and mediations
  • Provide counsel to clients on employment-related issues
  • Assist with client consultations and case management

 

Requirements:

  • Juris Doctor (J.D.) degree from an accredited law school
  • Admitted to practice law in the jurisdiction
  • 2-4 years of experience in employment advice and litigation
  • Experience in wage and hour disputes, discrimination cases, and non-compete/trade secret matters
  • Strong writing and analytical skills
  • Excellent academic background
