Job Overview: A law firm in Raleigh, NC, is seeking a skilled Labor Attorney with a strong background in labor law and employment matters. Duties:

  • Represent clients in labor arbitrations, unfair labor practice charges, and collective bargaining negotiations.
  • Provide legal advice and counsel on labor and employment law matters.
  • Draft legal documents such as contracts, agreements, and settlement proposals.
  • Conduct legal research and analysis on labor law issues.
  • Prepare and present cases before administrative agencies and courts.

Requirements:

  • Juris Doctor degree.
  • Must be and remain licensed to practice law in the state of residence, in good standing.
  • Completion of formal studies in labor law preferred.
  • 2+ years of labor law/employment experience.
  • Outstanding academic record preferred.

Education and Certifications:

  • Juris Doctor degree.
  • Admission to the state bar and in good standing.
