The candidate must have experience in project finance and renewable energy tax credit transactions, as well as broad substantive exposure to a variety of energy matters. Must have extensive experience in representing and advising on structuring complex development and finance transactions, including equity and debt financing; preparing merger and acquisitions transactions; and negotiating complex transaction documents including power purchase agreements, equipment purchase and lease agreements, and credit agreements, among others. Must be in good standing and an active member of the Bar of the state.
