Job Overview:

The firm is seeking a junior mid-level energy And Infrastructure Associate Attorney with 2-5 years of experience in energy and infrastructure project finance, tax equity, and/or mergers and acquisitions. The ideal candidate will have strong academic credentials and major law firm experience. Membership in the California, Texas, New York, or Washington, D.C. Bar is preferred.

Duties:

  • Provide legal support and advice on energy and infrastructure project finance matters.
  • Conduct legal research and analysis on relevant laws, regulations, and case law.
  • Draft and review legal documents, including contracts, agreements, and transactional documents.
  • Assist with due diligence and transactional work related to mergers and acquisitions in the energy and infrastructure sectors.
  • Collaborate with senior attorneys and partners on various legal matters and projects.
  • Represent clients in negotiations, meetings, and court proceedings as necessary.

Requirements:

  • 2-5 years of experience in energy and infrastructure project finance, tax equity, and/or mergers and acquisitions.
  • Strong academic credentials, including a Juris Doctor (JD) degree from an accredited law school.
  • Membership in the California, Texas, New York, or Washington, D.C. Bar is preferred.
  • Experience working in a major law firm environment is highly desirable.
  • Excellent legal research, writing, and analytical skills.
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.

Education:

  • Juris Doctor (JD) degree from an accredited law school.

Certifications:
