Annie was the best part about working with BCG. She's incredibly personable and it was a joy working with her. Quite frankly, I didn't do anything but show up to interviews. Made my life pretty easy.

I worked with Becca primarily, but there were other recruiters involved who were very good. I think the best thing that they did that I noticed was different from other recruiters that I've worked with in the past is the strategic approach they took to send the applications in [and] send resumes in to a large number of places. I thought that made a lot of sense and it worked out really well. And they were great to work with. For me, it turned out I was kind of an unusual candidate. It turned out to be a very quick process...I wasn't expecting that. I think part of that was just because of the strategy of applying widely. I thought that was great. [When I think of BCG] honestly the first word that comes to mind is Harrison Barnes. [He is] one of the reasons I liked BCG before I got involved with you guys. He is kind of well-known in the law community. I've always liked his articles...there were one or two in particular that I had read, I think about getting back into big law after a leave that I think were very good and well put together...it kind of put me over the edge...that's what made me decide to reach out. I do have another recruiting friend. I think it's notable that I didn't go with his company for this. I've got another recruiter that I've worked with and they have even placed me in the past and I didn't go with them. I put you guys ahead of them in terms of just getting the job done. I would describe you guys as being very efficient [and] very focused on the end result, which is great. Again, I think the whole approach from the beginning was [to] get the best results in the most efficient way. I think that that's the right approach.

I had a wonderful experience working with your recruiter at BCG. He was extremely helpful from the very first stage of my job search. He began working on my behalf immediately after I first contacted him, offering useful suggestions on my resume and cover letter, and helping refine my presentation for maximum effectiveness. He was also quick to respond to the questions and concerns I had about various firms in the D.C. area, both before and after my interviews. He was always willing to research a question to make sure he had an accurate answer, and was always prompt in replying. Perhaps what I appreciate most is his friendly and amicable nature, which helped relieve much of the anxiety of a cross-country job search. I have thoroughly enjoyed interacting with him, professionally and socially. I consider him to be a great counselor and a friend. I would highly recommend him to anyone looking for help finding a legal job in the D.C. area.

BCG provided an extremely knowledgeable, friendly and dedicated recruiter that guided me through the job search and interview process with ease. BCG had a multitude of articles, sample interview questions and videos to assist in my preparation.

Working with BCG and my recruiter took a lot of stress and time commitment out of the process. It was a relief to know that someone was advocating for me at a variety of firms that I did not even know were hiring.

The first three words that come to mind when I think of BCG are experienced, well-prepared, and advocates.

I would not hesitate to use you again (if necessary) or refer you to a friend. The only way to optimize your job search is to work with a recruiting firm. Most people do not have any experience with recruiting firms, so they are very unsure of proceeding in that direction. But, in my opinion, particularly if you are working full-time, you simply cannot put the necessary time and effort in by yourself to locate a new position that meets the qualifications you are looking for. BCG does the heavy lifting by finding firms that meet your criteria and then tells you how they rank the firm and how it might meet your needs. BCG provides an all-encompassing service to finding a new position.

I had the absolute pleasure of working with my recruiter during my job search.

Not only was I looking to make a move to a new firm, but I was looking to move to a different city as well. From New York, my recruiter was able to find many quality opportunities for me in various cities along the East Coast, until I was finally able to narrow it down to one city. She spent countless hours on the phone with me discussing my career, why I wanted to leave my firm, what I was looking to get out of my new job, and what type of positions would be appropriate for my career level. She also presented a few opportunities that were slightly out of the box that I might not have considered had it not been for her.

My recruiter put an immense amount of effort into helping me obtain a position that I would be happy with, including helping me revise my resume, calling me to discuss the details of various openings, and calling me before and after each and every interview to help me prepare and to debrief with me afterwards. I am not sure that many other recruiters would go to such lengths.

Something that is very important to me is that she was never pushy - if I did not want to apply to a certain position, we always discussed why so that she could fully understand where I was coming from, and she always respected my wishes about where to apply. Additionally, I never felt like I was running after her for updates or information - she was always in close contact with me throughout the process.

Only a week or two after my recruiter submitted my resume to various open positions, I had multiple interviews and callback interviews, and within 3 weeks I had a job offer, and 2 weeks later another. She also helped me navigate the slightly awkward task of communicating with the firm where I had the standing offer while I was still interviewing for other positions. I was extremely surprised at how smooth and easy the process had been, and I am sure it was due to my recruiter's efforts. She also made herself available to me anytime I needed her throughout the process - nights, weekends, etc., in order to be sure that I felt comfortable with my job search.

I believe that my recruiter truly cares about the individual she is working with and goes to great lengths to ensure that the individual finds a position that he or she will be happy with. I have already recommended her to several of my friends and will continue to do so in the future. In fact, I am still in contact with my recruiter months after my job search ended, and plan to continue to do so!
Not only was she great, but I was extremely pleased with BCG as a whole as well. My recruiter is an extremely knowledgeable and trustworthy source in her field, but if by chance she was unsure about something, she would reach out to her fellow recruiters at BCG and would always have an answer for me very quickly. I would definitely recommend BCG Attorney Search to anyone who is considering looking for a new position.

My favorite thing about BCG is that they are very proactive, and they also are always a step ahead. When I worked with them they were always giving regular updates, I never had to follow up with anything. They were very responsive, and if I ever had questions they were always there when I needed help. I guess most importantly, they were very informative and they kind of gave me advice throughout the whole process. I've used other recruiters before and they haven't been as honest or informative as BCG was.Working with BCG made my job search easier because they were honest and upfront. They gave me all the information that I needed, and were available throughout the whole process. Whenever I had questions they were there to answer them. They were also really helpful when it came to negotiating offers. That's when a lot of candidates need someone to step in and negotiate on their behalf, and I think they did a wonderful job in that respect.The first three words that come to mind when I think of BCG are reliable, helpful, and informative.If I was describing BCG to my peers, I would say if they had to make one phone call, they should make sure that that phone call was to BCG, absolutely, without a doubt. My experience with them has been really good. I have absolutely no qualms recommending them to anybody else.
