I think probably the best thing was the quality of the listings and the comprehensiveness. Within two months, I had a top paying job at a top notch firm in the city in which I wanted to live. If it were not for BCG, I'd still be looking for a job today.

My most favorite thing is that I got a job through BCG. I liked that I had a good introductory call with Harrison. We had a good discussion about my background and interests which I thought was helpful. I had mock interviews that were informal with Harrison and some other people too. I thought that was good as well.

BCG Attorney Search made it easier because I didn't have to send my resume out to a bunch of firms. I just sent it to BCG and through you I was able to make contact with some firms. So that was very helpful.

Thinking about BCG brings back happy memories of getting the job I wanted.

I would say you are very helpful, and that you are different than some other search firms in that you try to find out what the best fit is for each person. You don't seem like the type of firm that just sends out someone's resume to one hundred different firms and hope that something sticks. You see what would be the best fit on both ends. You try to cater to the individual circumstances of each person.

I can't thank BCG enough for the assistance in my transition. They clearly had information about the firms which was more than that publicly available. It made a difficult process for me considerably less so.

I wanted to take a moment to provide you with a quick update on my end. A couple of weeks ago, I accepted an offer to join the Los Angeles office of a national full-service law firm as a member of their litigation team in their healthcare and elder law practice group. Good information for these in uncertain times you might need when the unthinkable happens and you are now unemployed. Respect the process, it matters. In law school the professors called "the process" "learning to think like a lawyer"

Some of my favorite things about working with BCG include the following: Personalized service - It felt as if they got to know my background, qualifications, and needs moving forward; Frequent contact - my recruiter kept me well up to date on my status with various organizations and new opportunities; Trust - I had faith in my recruiter to seek out appropriate positions. This lessened my burden of needing to constantly be monitoring postings as I knew she would present me with opportunities that were a good fit; and just having someone to bounce ideas off of, remind me of the basics, and focus my thoughts heading into interviews.Working with BCG saved me time and energy! My recruiter was the first filter for all jobs and only contacted me with options that were a possible fit.The first three words that come to mind when I think of BCG are effective, efficient and reliable.I would rank BCG as the best compared to other recruiters. If you are looking to move firms, you need to contact BCG. Whether you are causally searching or in the need for a quick move, my recruiter will be the person in your corner. She was constantly on the lookout for possible fits, prepped me for possible scenarios/outcomes at interviews and guided me though the offer process. She saved me time and energy and I would most certainly recommend her to others.
