I also appreciated that you negotiated for salary. It was a great experience although I haven't worked with any other legal recruiters so I would recommend you to anyone.

I liked how many resumes BCG sent out for me. I felt my resume was always going out and there was consideration put into what kinds of firms and locations I wanted to concentrate on. There was constant communication and updating on whether you were or weren't hearing back on my resume and the possibility of interviews getting scheduled so that was really nice- the level of communication.

The best thing about working with Becca and BCG is that it was so organized. Daily or every other day or so I would get new firms I would go through. Often times the interview times were set up through her and she had it on point. There were several times that Becca did mock interviews with me which was very good. She was always very responsive and very helpful.

[Using BCG] made my job search way easier. Before I would be applying individually to a firm here and there but being able to apply to 10-15 at a time made it made it way easier and things moved quicker. Becca and BCG were amazing!

1. I enjoyed that BCG gave me options, and lots of them. I also enjoyed that BCG connected me with a specialized recruiter who could assist in the interview process and with post-offer negotiations.
2. Working with BCG made my job search easier because they found opportunities that I did not find in my personal searches. This alone increased my chances of placing with the best firm for me.
3. I would rank BCG as an 8/10. BCG has a ton of opportunities to offer candidates, which is both a pro and a con. It's great because there's something for everyone. However, it can be overwhelming and time consuming to sift through all the options each day when you're looking for something specific. Overall, their plethora of opportunities is more of a pro than a con in my book. I'd rather work with a recruiter who has too many options than one with very few options.

My legal placement professional was friendly and responsive and seemed to really know the market and understood what I was looking for. The process was very easy as BCG did all the leg work for me.

You guys have an extensive list of openings and my legal placement professional was really very helpful in guiding me through the process and casting a really wide net and she was very helpful with explaining the process every step of the way. A couple of places rejected me right away, and she explained that and then it was pending in a lot of places and she explained what that really meant and the internal workings of the law firm and how they keep them as pending even if no one has looked at it yet and she had a very large wealth of knowledge about the whole process verses my perspective as a candidate.My legal placement professional did everything, I still was asking if she could help with the health insurance information for the new firm I accepted and I pinged her and asked if she could get it, and right away she turned around and had it. Basically, any time I had a question, I would just email my legal placement professional and it would get solved. You guys are definitely the best. I have worked in the past with other recruiters, but this was such a great experience. I highly recommend BCG. If I was ever looking for another job, I would certainly use you guys again.

I've read dozens of your articles over the years, and I recommend your site all the time to friends and family (including non-lawyers, because they can benefit from learning to see their careers from a business perspective). I have been unable to find a free database of information about the legal job market anywhere the internet that is in the same league in terms of depth of coverage. Your articles dig into every nuance imaginable about how to succeed in the legal marketplace, how to think about resume and cover letter drafting, how to get inside the head of partners, law firms, recruiters, clients, etc. Anyways, it's incredibly helpful.
