It was a very realistic process and that was very important in making decisions. BCG's interface is great to deal with and Annie was incredible to deal with! It was really helpful to have someone guide me through the process and be the go between, not just to establish the initial discussion with the firm, but to be the one to ask about different aspects of the role/firm. It gives me a buffer, and it doesn't look like I am the one asking. The whole process of communicating to the firms through Annie was very valuable. The technological tools you have are really great. Very efficient and informative. It was a great outcome! The place I am with is great and I am very happy with it. It is a good long term placement. Q. Where would we rank amongst other recruiting company's?

A. For my search I was contacted by other recruiting companies but [BCG] had the lead up on everything.

My recruiter was amazing; they were very responsive, knew the market, understood my skills and were able to figure out a good firm for me to be at. It made it easier to have someone review my resume. My recruiter reviewed my cover letter, which was well drafted and that helped. Also targeting the potential firm helped. The first three words are: experienced, since I know most of your recruiters have been lawyers, so I think they can understand better; being responsive; and well prepared: every time before I was going somewhere my recruiter knew what to do what and say. My recruiter was very well prepared. I would rank you very high among other recruiting companies. I would recommend BCG Attorney Search.

I'm so impressed with your firm. I have a number of colleagues looking for jobs and will forcefully suggest that they work with your team. You're the only recruiters I'd give an A+ rating. No one can guarantee you a job, but you guys do everything you can to find and monopolize on opportunities.

You guys have an extensive list of openings and my legal placement professional was really very helpful in guiding me through the process and casting a really wide net and she was very helpful with explaining the process every step of the way. A couple of places rejected me right away, and she explained that and then it was pending in a lot of places and she explained what that really meant and the internal workings of the law firm and how they keep them as pending even if no one has looked at it yet and she had a very large wealth of knowledge about the whole process verses my perspective as a candidate.My legal placement professional did everything, I still was asking if she could help with the health insurance information for the new firm I accepted and I pinged her and asked if she could get it, and right away she turned around and had it. Basically, any time I had a question, I would just email my legal placement professional and it would get solved. You guys are definitely the best. I have worked in the past with other recruiters, but this was such a great experience. I highly recommend BCG. If I was ever looking for another job, I would certainly use you guys again.

Karen was very helpful and answered all of the many many questions I had. Iliked the ability that I had to contact her and she was easy to communicatewith and responded fast. It is really hard to search for job and work a fulltime job.
