I like how organized BCG was and the ease of access/use of the website. Becca was very responsive and knowledgeable about the market. Becca alerted me to opportunities I would have missed on my own, and she provided me with new postings every week or so. I trusted that nothing would be missed.

I thought that the people that I worked with were very supportive. I worked primarily with Carleen Trapp and I really appreciated that she was in constant contact. It was very accommodating to my schedule, which at times could be kind of difficult. She was pretty encouraging yet realistic along the way. It basically made my job search. I really didn't have to do anything else other than just provide some necessary information about myself, including my resume. Basically Carleen handled it from there and she was great. [BCG was] helpful and encouraging. I would say you got the job done. This is a very professional organization. They basically facilitated the entire process so I would recommend them.

Harrison is very thorough, on top of it, proactive and hard working. It took a lot of pressure off me for you to do the work. The word that comes to mind when I think of BCG is connected. I haven't worked with many recruiters, but BCG is the best one so far. I would definitely recommend you guys. Working with you was a very good experience and was very helpful. I would tell someone else that working with you could only be a good thing.

I worked with a recruiter at BCG and I just really liked her. She actually still keeps in touch. It seems like it was really about finding the right fit, and even if she wasn't the right fit she would still be there for me, so I really like her.Working with BCG made it so I didn't really have to do much in terms of following up. She gave me advice on that. She let me know what was out there, and then she handled a lot of the negotiation process. So I didn't have to deal with that directly, which is good when you are working from home.The first three words that come to mind when I think of BCG are friendly, reliable, and helpful.I have had a better experience with my recruiter than many other people that I know. I would definitely recommend her. Honestly, I would just say that she is fantastic to work with and a really great person. You really need to trust the person that you are working with, especially since they make commission off of placing you. So if you don't really like or trust the person, there isn't much of an incentive to believe they have your best interest at heart. That's probably why I chose the recruiter I did.

She was very communicative and bottom line got the job so whatever she did, it worked! You had resources that I wasn't familiar with. I wasn't familiar with this particular firm and didn't know that they were looking and you were able to identify their need and submitted quickly and we got it. I am very happy with how things work.

Q. Where would we rank amongst other recruiting company's?

A. It's the only one that actually had something come of my search so I would say it ranks first!

Sarah handled everything and cared about and was interested in what we were interested in, and wanted to support us and guided us through the entire process. That is the reason I would come back to BCG and Sarah specifically to help me if I wanted to move again, because I believe that she genuinely cares about us and what we need and what we want. I am very grateful for all of her help.

She did everything! She contacted us at a time when we were batting around whether we were ready to get our feet wet again. I sent my resume and she did everything else. I just showed up for interviews. It made everything easier. Sarah is a genuinely fantastic person, and excellent to talk to; and I came to care about her, and I believe she came to care about us, too. It showed in her performance, and that is the reason I would be reaching out to Sarah if I ever needed assistance again. And I am looking forward to that.

I think my favorite thing about BCG is that they identified openings with firms that I wouldn't have otherwise known about. Working with BCG made my job search easier because I was able to continue doing what I needed to do during the day. The first three words that come to mind when thinking of BCG are easy, fast and diligent.I would tell others that they should definitely use BCG. You are very easy to use and very helpful. You make the whole process very easy.

BCG found 3 or 4 interesting opportunities immediately, they move pretty fast. BCG made my search easier in regards to the introductions, starting conversations quickly and then letting me and the law firms take it from there and get to know each other. What I'll always remember will be the speed and the responsiveness to be able to talk with me anytime, anywhere, cell phone, texting also made it really convenient.
