Lisa Jacobs is joining the Corporate and Finance practice as a partner in the Philadelphia office of DLA Piper. She was associated with Pepper Hamilton LLP
as a partner. She has an expertise in domestic and international corporate finance; fund formation and operations; and investment management. She represents its clients on corporate finance, venture capital transactions, mergers and acquisitions, private equity fund formation, and governance issues. She is active in national and local politics and also serves on the boards of several civic and charitable organizations. Jacobs did her JD from Villanova University and a BA from the University of Pennsylvania Wharton School. DLA Piper, an international law firm has more than 4,000 lawyers. It has offices throughout Asia Pacific, Europe, the Middle East, and the US.
