A law firm is seeking a Financial Services Associate Attorney specializing in Renewable Energy/Project Finance for their Charlotte office.

Job Overview:

The Financial Services Associate Attorney will focus on renewable energy project finance transactions, representing lenders or tax equity investors. Strong academic performance and interpersonal skills are required for this role.

Duties:

• Represent lenders or tax equity investors in renewable energy project finance transactions
• Draft and negotiate transactional documents
• Conduct due diligence and analyze project financing structures
• Advise clients on regulatory compliance and risk management
• Collaborate with clients and colleagues to achieve transactional objectives
• Provide legal support on related matters as needed

Requirements:

• 3+ years of experience in renewable energy project finance transactions
• Experience representing lenders or tax equity investors preferred
• Excellent academic performance
• Strong interpersonal skills
• Admission to the State Bar in the relevant jurisdiction

Education:

Juris Doctor (J.D.) degree from an accredited law school

Certifications:

Admission to the State Bar in the relevant jurisdiction
