The Senior Financial Services Associate Attorney will be responsible for handling syndicated credit facilities and leveraged finance transactions. Strong academic performance and interpersonal skills are essential for success in this role.

Duties:

• Manage syndicated credit facilities and leveraged finance transactions
• Conduct legal research and analysis
• Draft and review transactional documents
• Communicate effectively with clients and colleagues
• Assist in business development activities and client meetings

Requirements:

• 4-7 years of transactional experience
• Working knowledge of syndicated credit facilities and leveraged finance transactions
• Excellent academic performance
• Strong interpersonal skills
• Admission to the State Bar in the relevant jurisdiction

Education:

Juris Doctor (J.D.) degree from an accredited law school

Certifications:
