Woodbridge office of a BCG Attorney Search Top Ranked Law Firm seeks commercial real estate attorney with 5 years of experience working on sophisticated transactions and projects. The candidate will work on all aspects of commercial real estate transactions, with an emphasis on land acquisition and disposition, financing (including construction, interim and permanent mortgage financing, mezzanine financing and equity venture participation), leasing (representing landlords and tenants in commercial, industrial and retail transactions), construction contracts and the structuring of business entities. Admission to NJ Bar in good standing is required.
The candidate must have outstanding academic credentials and excellent written and oral communication skills.
The legal practice has law offices located in New Jersey, Pennsylvania and New York. The firm started over ninety years ago. More than one-hundred skilled attorneys are on staff. Areas of practice are across-the-board. A few of their practice disciplines consist of appellate practice group, business law, governmental affairs and public finance.
