Northfield office of a BCG Attorney Search Top Ranked Law Firm seeks junior investment management and RECM associate attorney with 2-4 years of experience. The ideal candidate must have strong experience with joint ventures involving real estate and real estate development. Should preferably have experience with the establishment and representation of private investment funds and their advisers, including both domestic and international private equity, real estate, VC and hedge funds. Should have immediately transferable skills and strong academic backgrounds. Must be Bar Admitted.
