A law firm in Charlotte is seeking a qualified Mid-level Structured Finance Associate Attorney with a strong background in deal experience related to structured finance, lending, securitization, or similar finance structures. The ideal candidate will have experience across various asset types and structures and must be admitted to the State Bar.

 

Duties:

  • Provide legal counsel and support on structured finance matters, including drafting and negotiating transaction documents.
  • Conduct due diligence, analyze complex financial structures, and assess legal risks associated with structured finance transactions.
  • Collaborate with internal teams and external parties to ensure the successful execution of structured finance deals.
  • Stay abreast of legal and regulatory developments in the structured finance landscape and provide guidance to the firm and clients accordingly.
  • Assist in the development and implementation of legal strategies related to structured finance transactions.

 

Requirements:

  • Juris Doctor (JD) degree from an accredited law school.
  • Admission to the State Bar.
  • Should have some years of relevant experience as a practicing attorney in a law firm setting.
  • Proven track record of handling structured finance transactions with a focus on various asset types.

 

Education:
