IP Transactions Attorney

San Francisco office of a BCG Attorney Search Top Ranked Law Firm seeks an IP transactions attorney with 1-5 years of experience with high technology and IP-related transactions, including licensing agreements, M&A, or commercial agreements, or 1-5 years of experience in high technology patent prosecution or litigation. The candidate should preferably have BS or MS degrees in electrical engineering or computer science. Experience with privacy and data protection preferred. Membership in good standing in the AK, CA, DC, ID, MN, OR, UT, or WA Bar is required.

Must have strong communication and writing skills, including the ability to listen actively, think critically, and communicate complex concepts concisely to multiple audiences. Excellent judgment and the ability to make clear decisions are required. Must have strong contract drafting, collaboration, teaming, and negotiation skills. The ability to prioritize and execute tasks for multiple complex projects simultaneously is required. Must be a self-starter with a commitment to excellence. The desire to invest in yourself and career is required. The desire to develop client relationships is needed. Must be detail-oriented and ability to produce client-ready documents. JD from an accredited law school is required.
