A law firm in Washington, DC is seeking a highly qualified Tax (ERISA/Employee Benefits) Lawyer with a minimum of 5 years of experience in tax-employee benefits and executive compensation. The ideal candidate should possess strong academic credentials, be self-motivated, and demonstrate excellent analytical, problem-solving, and leadership skills.

 

Duties:

  • Provide legal counsel on tax-related matters, specifically focusing on ERISA and employee benefits.
  • Advise clients on executive compensation plans and regulatory compliance.
  • Conduct legal research and analysis to ensure adherence to relevant tax laws and regulations.
  • Draft and review legal documents, contracts, and agreements related to employee benefits.
  • Collaborate with clients and internal teams to address tax implications in business transactions.

 

Requirements:

  • Minimum of 5 years of experience in tax-employee benefits and executive compensation.
  • Strong academic credentials with a law degree from an accredited institution.
  • Proven expertise in ERISA and employee benefits law.

Education:

Juris Doctor (J.D.) degree from an accredited law school.

 

Certifications:
