Minneapolis office of a BCG Attorney Search Top Ranked Law Firm seeks senior employment litigation attorney with experience. The candidate will work in the Employment Litigation Group representing employees in a wide variety of employment litigation matters, including single-plaintiff matters and complex class/ collective actions. Will manage a portfolio of single-plaintiff, collective, and class cases Develop and implement effective case strategies. Negotiate resolutions in cases. Collaborate with team members on case strategy and tactics. Draft legal briefs and memoranda. Interview witnesses. Draft discovery requests and responses to discovery requests. Take and defend depositions. Conduct legal research First and second chair trials. Represent clients in mediations, arbitrations, and all other types of alternative dispute resolution proceedings.
