Job Overview:

The Class Action And PAGA Attorney will be responsible for assisting in the defense of state and nationwide class actions and California PAGA representative actions. They will handle a variety of employment-related claims and represent employers in various legal proceedings.

Duties:

• Assist in the defense of state and nationwide class actions and California PAGA representative actions involving employment-related claims.
• Receive training and mentorship in class action litigation, complex case handling, law and motion, discovery, and depositions.
• Represent employers in court, arbitrations, depositions, and mediations for employment-related class actions and representative actions.

Requirements:

• JD from an accredited law school with exceptional academic credentials.
• Admission to the California Bar is required.
• Minimum of 3+ years of relevant experience.
• Experience in class and representative actions is required.

Education and Certifications:

• Juris Doctor (JD) from an accredited law school.
• Admission to the California State Bar.
