Job Overview:

The Wage and Hour Class Action Associate Attorney will play a significant role in litigating cases while receiving mentorship from award-winning attorneys. They will draft legal documents, develop litigation strategies, and represent clients in depositions, motion hearings, and mediations, honing their skills through hands-on experience.

 

Duties:

  • Draft and prepare pleadings, motions, and other legal documents.
  • Develop strategies to litigate wage and hour matters in state and federal courts.
  • Represent clients in depositions, motion hearings, and mediations as part of a litigation team.
  • Develop persuasive research, writing, and oral advocacy skills under mentorship.
  • Take significant responsibility in managing their own docket of cases.

 

Requirements:

  • Licensed and in good standing with the California State Bar.
  • Superior analytical and legal research skills.

 

Education & Certifications:

  • Juris Doctor (JD) degree from an accredited law school.
  • Admission to the California State Bar.
