Duties:

• Manage and oversee complex litigation cases from start to finish
• Conduct legal research and analysis to support case strategy
• Draft and review legal documents, including pleadings, motions, and briefs
• Negotiate settlements and participate in alternative dispute resolution processes
• Represent clients in court hearings, trials, and other legal proceedings
• Collaborate with other attorneys and legal professionals to develop case strategies
• Provide legal advice and guidance to clients on various legal matters
• Stay updated on changes in laws, regulations, and industry trends relevant to litigation

Requirements:

• Juris Doctor (J.D.) degree from an accredited law school
• Admitted to practice law in the state of Georgia
• 8 years of experience practicing litigation law
• Proven track record of successfully litigating complex cases
