The ideal candidate should have a strong background in discrimination, retaliation, harassment law, and wrongful discharge actions, along with expertise in wage and hour law and class action experience.

Duties:

• Handle discrimination, retaliation, and harassment law cases.
• Address wrongful discharge actions.
• Provide legal counsel on wage and hour law matters.

Requirements:

• JD and California Bar Admission.
• 4+ years of legal experience.
• Strong background in discrimination, retaliation, and harassment law.
• Familiarity with wage and hour law and class action experience.

Experience:

• 2 years of specific California experience.
• Law firm experience is essential.
