Senior Associate Attorney needed for Los Angeles office

Los Angeles office of a BCG Attorney Search Top Ranked Law Firm seeks a senior associate attorney with 5-6 years of experience in the Labor And Employment Practice. The candidate will primarily provide advice counseling and policy drafting services to firm clients. Must have a particular interest in compliance and counseling with strong interpersonal, writing, and analytical skills, keen attention to detail, and the desire and initiative to "take ownership" overwork and career. Significant counseling and meaningful litigation experience are important, and wage and hour substantive background is necessary. The ability to assess and draft employer handbooks and policies, as well as work hand-in-hand with employers to identify and strategize regarding employment law compliance, is a must. Must have strong academic credentials and be a member of the California State Bar.
