Job Overview:

The Employment Law Attorney will be responsible for providing legal counsel and representation to clients in various employment law matters. This role requires a Juris Doctor degree from an American Bar Association-accredited law school and admission to the Bar in the State of New York.

Duties:

• Provide legal advice and representation to clients in matters related to employment law.
• Conduct legal research and analysis to support clients' cases.
• Draft legal documents, including complaints, motions, and briefs.
• Represent clients in administrative proceedings and court hearings.
• Negotiate settlements on behalf of clients when appropriate.
• Stay current on developments in employment law and related regulations.

Requirements:
