Minneapolis office of a BCG Attorney Search Top Ranked Law Firm seeks an employment attorney team lead with 10+ years of experience practicing employment law, with a strong track record of handling complex cases. The candidate will lead and manage the Employment Law practice, setting strategic direction and goals for the team. Will provide expert legal advice and counsel to clients on a wide range of employment-related matters, including discrimination, harassment, wrongful termination, and more. Oversee the development and execution of legal strategies that address client needs and objectives. Foster and strengthen client relationships, serving as a trusted advisor and delivering exceptional client service. Manage a team of attorneys and support staff, providing mentorship, guidance, and professional development. Stay current with employment law developments and trends to ensure the team's advice remains accurate and effective. Collaborate with other practice areas within the firm to provide integrated legal solutions to clients. Experience in business development and the ability to contribute to the growth of the practice are essential. Prior experience in managing a team of legal professionals is essential. Must have an active Bar membership in Minnesota.

The candidate should have a Juris Doctor (J.D.) degree from an accredited law school. Proven leadership and management skills, with the ability to inspire and guide a team toward achieving common goals essential. Should have exceptional oral and written communication skills, with the ability to convey complex legal concepts clearly to clients and colleagues. Strong business acumen and the ability to develop and nurture client relationships needed. Analytical mindset with the capacity to formulate creative and practical solutions to challenging legal issues essential.
