Labor and Employment Associate Attorney

A law firm is seeking a Labor and Employment Associate Attorney to join their team in Minneapolis. The attorney will be responsible for a mix of litigation and counseling, with a focus on advising on employment-related aspects of mergers and acquisitions. The ideal candidate should have a strong academic background, a desire to collaborate across offices, and excellent research, writing, and communication skills. Admission to practice in the state of Minnesota is a requirement. The firm is looking for candidates with 3-6 years of employment law experience.

Duties:

• Handle a mix of litigation and counseling in labor and employment matters.

• Represent clients in labor and employment proceedings.

Requirements:

• Admission to practice in the state of Minnesota.
• 3-6 years of employment law experience.

Education:

Juris Doctor (JD) degree from an accredited law school.
