Technology Transactions Associate Attorney

Seattle office of a BCG Attorney Search Top Ranked Law Firm seeks a technology transactions associate attorney with 4+ years of experience to work on intellectual property and commercial transactions for technology companies. The candidate will primarily work on structuring, drafting, and negotiating a variety of intellectual property and commercial transactions, including license, service, development, distribution, and partnering agreements. Will also work on the intellectual property aspects of mergers and acquisitions, public offerings, financings, and other multidisciplinary transactions. A technical or science background is beneficial. Must have experience in intellectual property transactions and a strong interest in a career focused on intellectual property and commercial transactions.

The candidate must have superior academic credentials. Excellent verbal, written, and interpersonal skills are required.
