Mayer Brown Banking & Finance Team Receives Addition
Summary: Mayer Brown added a member to their Banking & Finance practice in London.
Mayer Brown announced an addition to their London team. Stuart Brinkworth will be a partner in the Banking & Finance group where he will lead the European Leveraged Finance Team. He joins from Fried, Frank, Harris, Shriver & Jacobson LLP, where he led their finance group.
Stuart represents UK and international lenders, sponsors and bidding consortia with a range of matters like leveraged finance transactions, equity-backed leveraged buy-outs, corporate financing, fund finance, public bids, and more.
