The 2011 BTI Client Service A-Team: Survey of Law Firm Client Service Performance listed the firm among the ''Best of the Best'' performers throughout eight different categories.
Among those categories are Client Focus, Provides Value for the Dollar, and Regional Reputation.
The report claims that “clients value Thompson Hine's commitment to superior client service through the firm's 'excellent communications' and 'good client service.'”
Michael Rynowecer, the president of BTI, said ''Thompson Hines client service performance is nothing short of impressive. The latest survey marks nine consecutive years clients have ranked the firm among the best in the country for client service.''
