Nickolas Spiliotis will handle labor, employment and workplace safety law for K&L Gates. He was with Jackson Walker.

Veg Tran will practice pharma and biopharma litigation with K&L Gates. Tran left Shelston IP.

John Cove Jr. left the Boies, Schiller & Flexner LLP to practice with Shearman & Sterling. He will handle antitrust and litigation.

Lee Stapleton will practice commercial disputes with K&L Gates. He was practicing with Baker & McKenzie.

Christopher Voss has joined K&L Gates from Stoel Rives LLP to practice corporate law.

Stephen Jacobs will practice corporate law at Herrick, Feinstein LLP. He was with Kramer Levin Naftalis & Frankel LLP.

James Bremen left Herbert Smith Freehills to join the construction disputes group at Quinn Emanuel Urquhart & Sullivan.

Vanessa Spiro joined K&L Gates from Jones Day to practice banking & finance asset law.

David Gelfand will handle antitrust law with Cleary Gottlieb Steen & Hamilton LLP. He was with the U.S. Department of Justice.

Christopher Grohman will practice white-collar criminal law with Duane Morris LLP. He left Durkin, Roberts & Grohman.

James Sottile IV left Zuckerman Spaeder LLP to join Jones Day. He will handle business & tort litigation.

Maxwell Fox joined Jones Day from Ropes & Gray LLP to practice intellectual property law.

John Mchugh left the U.S. Army to join K&L Gates’ public policy and law group.

Darren Laverne will practice litigation with Kramer Levin Naftalis & Frankel LLP. He left the US Attorney’s Office – EDNY.

James Duffy IV joined Baker & McKenzie to handle banking & finance law. Duffy left K&L Gates.

Christopher Mickus will take on business litigation for Lathrop & Gage. He was with Neal, Gerber & Eisenberg.

Seth Darmstadter joined Michelman & Robinson, LLP from K&L Gates to handle commercial & business litigation.

Marshall Honeyman was with Lathrop and Gage, but has taken a position handling intellectual property and technology law for Erise IP, P.A.

Dilip Patel left Shutts & Bowen LLP to handle labor and employment law with Buchanan Ingersoll & Rooney PC.

David Nafziger will handle intellectual property with Honigman Miller Schwartz and Cohn LLP. He left Cantor Colburn.

Gregory Plotko will take on corporate restructuring and creditor rights at Richards Kibbe & Orbe LLP. He was practicing with Kramer Levin Naftalis & Frankel LLP.

Zina Edwards will practice bankruptcy law at K&L Gates. Edwards left Herbert Smith Freehills.

Stephen Thompson is practicing international trade with Colin Biggers & Paisley Pty Ltd. He was with K&L Gates.

Richard Arrage joined Colin Biggers & Paisley Pty Ltd from K&L Gates to practice in their commercial litigation group.
