Duties:

  • Regularly appear in court and conduct depositions on behalf of clients.
  • Maintain open and transparent communication with clients, providing regular status reports on their cases.
  • Represent clients in court or before government agencies, advocating for their best interests.
  • Prepare and draft various legal documents on behalf of clients, ensuring accuracy and compliance with legal requirements.
  • Negotiate settlements to resolve legal disputes, striving to achieve favorable outcomes for clients.
  • Ensure strict compliance with all relevant legal standards and regulations governing bankruptcy cases.

Requirements:

  • Licensed attorney with 0-5 years of experience in bankruptcy law.
  • Admitted to the Illinois State Bar (or eligible for admission).
  • Strong understanding of bankruptcy laws and regulations.
  • Excellent research and analytical skills.
  • Effective communication and negotiation abilities.
  • Exceptional attention to detail and organizational skills.
  • Proven ability to work independently and as part of a legal team.

Education:
