Seattle office of our client seeks attorney with 5-8 years of experience, preferably in employment defense litigation. The candidate will handle employment related claims in litigation and before state and federal enforcement agencies. Will provide advice and counsel to employers on a wide range of employment laws and regulations. Effectively and persuasively write briefs and motions for the benefit of the clients. Cultivate productive and effective relationships with clients. Argue decisively at court hearings. Conduct fact gathering and advantageous depositions. Defend properly prepared client representatives at deposition. Class actions, EPL and/or public sector experience is sought. Washington Bar Admission with "active" status is required.
